All new student families are required to fill out our school new student registration. Registrants for the Headstart program must deliver completed forms to the Early Childhood Education team at Sturgeon Public Schools’s central office. All other registrants must deliver completed forms to the school office or Sturgeon Public Schools’s central office. A copy of the student’s birth certificate will be required.
